Little Henry's heart is not in the right place was created as part of MainDance's residency program for new choreographers. It was a composition for gestural movement, disintegrating paper dresses, and live sound score, inspired by the works of (outsider) visual artist Henry Darger. Performed by 4 dancers & one sound artist, the dancers and musician worked together to realize improvisational and choreographed sequences in performance.
